Welcome to Ozark Mountain Stays. We’re a small, locally owned vacation rental company, and this is home for us. We know these roads, rivers, swimming holes, mountains, and all the little places that make this part of Arkansas so special.
We’re a small team…just three full-time Arkansans with deep roots in the area, a lot of local knowledge, and a job we genuinely enjoy doing.

Hi, I’m Teresa Dixon, the proud new owner of Ozark Mountain Stays. I’ve lived in Mountain View nearly my entire life, where my husband Terry and I have raised our family. We’ve been married for almost 35 years, and he now plays a big part in the business as our Head of Maintenance. We’re proud of our community and so grateful for the chance to welcome guests to our beautiful Ozarks.
Caleb
Born and raised in Mountain View, Caleb knows the area about as well as anyone. He’s our calm, steady presence and the person you want around when something needs figuring out. With deep local knowledge and years of experience welcoming visitors to the area, Caleb brings an easygoing, thoughtful perspective to everything he does at Ozark Mountain Stays.
Leigh Anna
Leigh Anna is from off (IYKYK), but we still accept her. Born and raised in Searcy, AR, she spent most weekends growing up in Mountain View, jamming on the square with friends and exploring the trails, creeks, and rivers. She has a special love for fly fishing and knows the Little Red River like the back of her hand, so if you have fishing questions, just ask away.

We think a good getaway doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs a comfortable and clean place to land, people you can actually reach when you need them, and a little time to slow down and enjoy where you are. We want you to feel like you arrived to your home away from home.
